How did you remove the original mounting kit ?

No, it doesn't work. LEDs doesn't power up if I set something lower than 1 in graph or something lower than 50 in the color.

Any workaround to set something like a moon light?
Only blue and 1% in the graph is still too bright -
Sure, but if i buy a fixture, i would like to choose how to set it.
Actually, even with SPS preset i get automatic dimming due to high tempIf your LED are working fine at 85° , why setting a so much aggressive temp limit? Raise it to something more reasonable, like 65°
If you keep it so low it's because you know that these led could failin a very short time.... So keep the temp low and increase the LED Life
But this is not a solution, it's a workaround to an engineering fault

This is my current temp. Room temp is 26° actually

I did. They are checking.
But which is a proper temperature when running the lamp in full-power ? -
Hi guys, greetings from Italy
I have some issues with temperatures: room tempo 26-28°, in less than 5 minutes, when running at 100%, the fixtures reach 57-58° and start to dimm automaticallyThis is making the light almost unusable at 100%, i"m forced to stay lower than 80% !
Is this something expected? I've read your experiences and looks like it should stay well under 56° even at 100 on a 26-28° room. Should i ask for a replacement?
